Operations Supervisor

Job description

The role includes sales, purchasing, preventive maintenance, and quality control. It takes full responsibility for daily factory operations from receiving approved work orders to production, quality monitoring, distribution, and installation coordination. Ensures on-time delivery, execution quality, workforce productivity, cost control, and workplace safety. Plans production schedules, allocates tasks, and ensures adherence to agreed timelines. Supervises production staff, technicians, and installation teams. Ensures compliance with designs, dimensions, materials, and customer specifications. Manages material requirements, inventory usage, purchase orders, and waste reduction. Monitors machine readiness and coordinates preventive maintenance and repairs. Resolves operational issues and enforces quality and safety standards. Coordinates with sales, design, purchasing, and management departments throughout each project. Provides daily reports covering work progress, completed tasks, delays, material needs, and corrective actions
