Job description

Responsible for overseeing all company operations in the Saudi market within the transportation and logistics sector. Manages multi‑site operations and drives revenue, profit and operational efficiency growth. Oversees road transport, international freight, customs clearance, warehousing, logistics yards and parcel distribution. Handles international shipments, documentation and Incoterms compliance. Builds a network of agents and international partners. Ensures compliance with Saudi regulatory requirements. Manages finance, pricing, negotiation, contract management and team building. Implements operational and technical systems, improves procedures and automates processes

Requirements

• Over 10 years of hands‑on experience in the Saudi transportation and logistics market
• proven executive leadership experience
• track record of managing multi‑site operations
• comprehensive experience in road transport, international shipping, customs clearance, warehousing, logistics yards and parcel distribution
• experience managing international shipments, documentation and Incoterms
• deep knowledge of the Saudi market and relevant regulatory requirements
• strong financial management, pricing, negotiation, contract management and team building skills
• experience implementing operational and technical systems, process improvement and automation
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or related field
• preferred postgraduate qualification
• proficiency in Arabic and English
