Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Saudi Bonyan. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from the employer, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by the employer, Inc. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in the hospitality industry to oversee daily operations, drive business performance, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader with operational excellence, commercial awareness, and a proven ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with previous experience at the employer and a background in sales will be given preference

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 5–8 years of progressive management experience in the hospitality industry
• Previous experience with the employer is highly preferred
• Sales or business development experience is strongly preferred
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and operational performance
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems
