Payroll Specialist

Job description

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for preparing and processing payroll for a large number of employees in a construction company in Riyadh. Ensures accurate application of procedures and compliance with relevant regulations; manages payroll workflow in the construction sector; guarantees payroll alignment with internal and external laws

Requirements

• Saudi nationality
• practical experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• experience preparing and processing payroll for up to 2,500 employees
• preferably holds a university degree in Accounting or Finance (Diploma or Bachelor)
• familiarity with labor regulations and related statutes
• good knowledge of payroll tasks and procedures with ability to execute them accurately
