A leading company in Riyadh is seeking a Safety Team Leader. The role involves leading a safety team and managing safety affairs in construction projects. Responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of health, safety, and environmental requirements, monitoring field activities, preparing safety reports, and conducting inspection tours

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in safety in construction projects, with proven experience in leading and managing work teams
• Holding Level 6 in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent, with preferred additional professional certifications
• Ability to oversee the implementation of health, safety, and environmental requirements and ensure compliance at the site
• Experience in monitoring field activities and ensuring compliance with safety procedures and consultant instructions
• Proficient in preparing and reviewing safety reports, risk assessments, work permits, and incident investigations
• Ability to conduct inspection tours and monitor corrective and preventive actions and close observations and violations
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to train, guide, and evaluate the performance of the safety team
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs and preparing professional reports in both Arabic and English
• Ability to work under pressure and make appropriate decisions in a timely manner
• Strong leadership personality with discipline, organization, and the ability to achieve the highest levels of compliance with safety requirements
