Exceptional hospitality starts with you. When you join our Hotels team, you will brighten guests' days every time you come to work. As a Concierge, you assist guests with special requests and deliver memorable experiences. • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns. • Provide recommendations and arrange dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions. • Coordinate special services such as medical care, childcare, floral delivery, and other personalized needs. • Manage guest communications by receiving and delivering messages, mail, packages, and faxes. • Support VIP guests with seamless registration and elevated service. • Promote hotel offerings by sharing marketing materials and encouraging use of hotel services and programs.
