Delivery Officer

Job description

A leading company in the field of trade and sales announces its need to appoint a delivery officer to join the work team. The tasks and responsibilities include receiving delivery orders from the sales department. Following up on the delivery of goods to customers within the specified deadlines. Ensuring the matching of items and quantities before delivery. Preparing and reviewing delivery documents. Following up on returns and resolving any delivery-related issues. Coordinating with drivers and shipping companies when necessary. Maintaining the safety of goods during transportation and delivery. Preparing periodic reports on delivery operations

Requirements

• Medium or high qualification
• experience of no less than 1-3 years in the field of delivery or logistics or warehouses
• ability to organize and follow up accurately
• commitment to deadlines and ability to handle work pressure
• good communication skills with customers and work team
• preferably from Cairo and Giza
