the employer Resolve is assisting manufacturing and supply chain organisations in hiring experienced professionals for its Saudi Arabia operations. The role focuses on optimizing production and supply chain processes, improving operational efficiency, ensuring quality and health and safety compliance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across end‑to‑end operations. Responsibilities include overseeing manufacturing, production and supply chain operations; managing production planning, scheduling, inventory control and material flow; optimizing workflows, processes and systems to boost efficiency and reduce costs; collaborating with engineering, quality, procurement, logistics and maintenance teams; implementing and sustaining Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma initiatives; ensuring compliance with Saudi labour law, local HSE requirements and ISO standards; monitoring KPIs for production output, inventory accuracy, on‑time delivery, quality and cost performance; supporting supplier performance management and supply chain risk mitigation; leading and mentoring supervisors, planners, engineers and operations teams; identifying operational risks and applying corrective and preventive actions; contributing to strategic planning, capacity planning and long‑term operational improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management or related field
• 5–10+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics or industrial operations
• working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen or similar methodologies
• strong leadership, analytical and problem‑solving skills
• ability to work effectively in multicultural and multinational environments
• professional proficiency in English
• Arabic language skills beneficial
• experience using ERP, MRP, WMS or MES systems
• experience supporting localisation initiatives (e.g., Saudisation) advantageous
• strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region
