A real estate development company in Riyadh is announcing a job opportunity. The Procurement Manager is responsible for managing and implementing the procurement strategy for projects. The tasks include having a wide and effective network of relationships with companies, suppliers, factories, and specialized agents in building materials, finishes, and construction services. He must be able to access the best prices and offers, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on supplies on time and with the required quality. He must have actual knowledge of the market and suppliers, secure project needs quickly and efficiently, and follow up on price offers, purchase orders, and supplies in a complete manner

Requirements
