BIM Manager

Job description

Lead the implementation and coordination of Building Information Modeling (BIM) for large infrastructure and building projects in Tabuk. Set up and maintain BIM models and templates, ensure multidisciplinary coordination, and run coordination meetings with clash detection using Navisworks. Enforce the BIM Execution Plan and adhere to LOD standards and naming conventions. Oversee integration of non‑graphical asset data for 4D scheduling, 5D cost, and 6D facility management. Conduct quality audits on 3D models and 2D documentation. Provide training, mentorship, and technical support to engineers and modelers on BIM software and digital workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• professional BIM certifications such as Autodesk Certified Professional or RICS highly desirable
• minimum of 10 years experience in BIM implementation and coordination on large-scale infrastructure or building projects
• advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage and BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud
• experience with Civil 3D, Dynamo or Bentley MicroStation/OpenBuildings considered a significant advantage
• strong analytical, communication and leadership skills
• fluency in written and spoken English.
