ICT Senior Engineer

Join the employer to deliver sustainable infrastructure solutions. Perform moderate engineering tasks focused on heavy water systems and aquatic engineering applications. Gather and correlate basic engineering data including water quality metrics, system performance indicators, and operational parameters. Conduct calculations, testing, and analysis for water treatment systems and heavy water operations. Propose solutions to new water system problems by adapting standard procedures. Identify discrepancies and troubleshoot performance issues. Guide entry-level engineers on heavy water systems and treatment protocols. Work within agreed budget and schedule with minimal supervision while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. Independently complete primary design elements for water systems and heavy water engineering works.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years professional experience in water engineering, heavy water systems, or related aquatic engineering disciplines
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related field
• Demonstrated expertise in water treatment systems design, operation and optimization
• Proven experience with heavy water systems, isotope separation or advanced water processing technologies
• Strong proficiency in engineering calculations, system analysis and technical troubleshooting
• Experience with water quality assessment, monitoring and compliance standards
• Ability to work independently on complex engineering assignments with minimal supervision
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills
• Demonstrated mentoring or leadership experience with junior engineering staff
• Master's degree in Civil, Chemical or Environmental Engineering (preferred)
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or equivalent certification (preferred)
• Experience with regulatory compliance and environmental safety standards in water systems (preferred)
• Familiarity with CAD software and engineering modeling tools (preferred)
• Background in project management and budget oversight (preferred)
• Experience in research and development of innovative water treatment solutions (preferred)
• Knowledge of industrial or nuclear water systems applications (preferred).
