IT Specialist

Job description

We are seeking an IT Specialist to analyze business requirements and convert them into executable technical solutions. Responsibilities include developing and improving internal systems and applications, analyzing procedures and identifying opportunities for digitization and automation, developing software solutions and integrations to increase process efficiency, supporting and developing ERP systems, developing and connecting different systems, databases, and applications, analyzing software and technical failures and problems, testing updates and developments, managing user permissions and supporting information security and data protection requirements, providing technical support to users and preparing technical documentation and user guides

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
• practical experience in programming and system development
• proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, PHP or equivalent
• experience in digital transformation and process automation
• good knowledge of ERP systems, with preferred experience in Odoo
• knowledge of databases such as SQL, PostgreSQL, and MySQL is an additional advantage
• ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into executable technical solutions
• knowledge of system development and integration using APIs and application integration
• strong analysis, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
