Job description

EC Consultant: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Employee Central SAP SuccessFactors. Candidate must have completed at least 2-3 full-cycle EC and Time Off implementations and related SuccessFactors modules. Strong understanding of Core HR processes, Time Off, Time Sheet, and Story reporting. Knowledge of XML configuration, foundation objects, and data models. Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
