The Tender Specialist role in Riyadh involves managing tenders and bids and preparing technical and financial proposals. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing proposals; commercial negotiation; ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements; using ERP systems and e‑tendering platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 3-5 years experience in managing tenders and bids and preparing technical and financial proposals
• experience in government, semi‑government and private sector tenders
• experience with platforms such as Adoption, SAP Ariba, Oracle or similar
• knowledge of government procurement regulations and executive bylaws
• proficient in preparing and reviewing technical and financial proposals and commercial negotiation
• proficient in using ERP systems and e‑tendering platforms
• preferred experience in land surveying, engineering consulting or construction
