the employer Resolve is assisting manufacturing and supply chain organisations to the employer experienced Manufacturing & Supply Chain Professionals for their Riyadh operations. Successful candidates will play a key role in optimizing production and supply chain processes, improving operational efficiency, ensuring quality and health & safety compliance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across end‑to‑end operations. Responsibilities include overseeing manufacturing, production and supply chain operations; managing production planning, scheduling, inventory control and material flow; optimizing workflows, processes and systems to improve efficiency, cost control and service levels; collaborating with engineering, quality, procurement, logistics and maintenance teams; implementing and sustaining Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma initiatives; ensuring compliance with Saudi labour law, local HSE requirements and ISO standards; monitoring KPIs for production output, inventory accuracy, on‑time delivery, quality and cost performance; supporting supplier performance management and supply chain risk mitigation; leading and mentoring supervisors, planners, engineers and operations teams; identifying operational risks and applying corrective and preventive actions; contributing to strategic, capacity and long‑term operational planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management or related field
• 5–10+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics or industrial operations
• working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen or similar methodologies
• strong leadership, analytical and problem‑solving skills
• ability to work effectively in multicultural and multinational environments
• professional proficiency in English
• Arabic language skills beneficial
• proficiency with ERP, MRP, WMS or MES systems
• experience supporting localisation initiatives (e.g., Saudisation) advantageous.
