Graphic Designer

Job description

Work in an innovative environment at the employer within a new PMO handling major highways and infrastructure projects in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia. Study design briefs and determine requirements; conceptualize visuals based on requirements; prepare rough drafts and present ideas; develop illustrations, logos and other designs using appropriate software; select suitable colors and layouts for each graphic; amend designs after feedback; ensure final graphics are visually appealing and on‑brand; produce design reports, status reports, weekly/monthly dashboards and bidding documents; work on a wide range of projects and media using various software to create innovative designs that meet business goals; obtain input from managers to ensure designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations; work independently and cooperatively with the PMO team to meet deadlines; examine existing processes, identify flaws and create solutions to improve design capabilities; create new processes and standards for graphic design; update and maintain internal databases for design tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• minimum 8 years of graphic design experience
• proficiency with design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop
• strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• keen eye for aesthetics and detail
• proactive approach to activities and assisting other disciplines
• excellent communication skills
• ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• experience creating engineering or project management documents/reports
