Leads company operations in Saudi Arabia. Develops new business opportunities and drives growth. Coordinates across functions to implement strategies and meet performance targets

Requirements

• 15–18 years of relevant experience
• strong experience in telecom mobile & fixed networks
• experience in technical operations and project management
• strong knowledge of HR & administration
• excellent vendor management and relationship management skills
• strong business development and client relationship experience
• experience in budgeting, costing, forecasting & financial management
• strong knowledge of KSA labor laws, policies, regulations and compliance
• hands‑on knowledge of KSA visa, Iqama, manpower hiring and employee transfer processes
• understanding of relevant government platforms and HR/visa procedures in KSA
• ability to manage recruitment, manpower planning and workforce requirements
• proven ability to bring new business, strategic improvements and positive changes
• strong leadership skills with a proven track record of business growth and operational excellence
• must be currently residing in KSA
