the employer Resolve assists manufacturing and supply chain organisations in Saudi Arabia to the employer a Manufacturing & Supply Chain Professional for their Eastern Province operations. Responsibilities include overseeing manufacturing, production and supply chain operations; managing production planning, scheduling, inventory control and material flow; optimizing workflows, processes and systems to improve efficiency, cost control and service levels; collaborating with engineering, quality, procurement, logistics and maintenance teams; implementing and sustaining Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or continuous improvement initiatives; ensuring compliance with Saudi labour law, local HSE requirements and ISO quality standards; monitoring KPIs related to production output, inventory accuracy, on‑time delivery and cost performance; supporting supplier performance management and supply chain risk mitigation; leading, mentoring and supporting supervisors, planners, engineers and operations teams; identifying operational risks and applying corrective and preventive actions; contributing to strategic planning, capacity planning and long‑term operational improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management or a related discipline
• 5–10+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics or industrial operations
• experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen or similar methodologies
• strong leadership, analytical and problem‑solving skills
• ability to work effectively in multicultural and multinational environments
• professional proficiency in English
• Arabic language skills are beneficial
