Our integrated networks span warehouse management, line-haul transportation, last-mile delivery, bulky items logistics, cold chain, and cross-border operations, ensuring speed, reliability, and precision at every stage. We are looking for an Exception Handler to join our team in Riyadh. Your primary role will be to guide on-site identification, registration, and handling of damaged, short-delivery, excess, mis-sorted, no-label, and information-inconsistent abnormal parcels, and follow up on processing progress to ensure timely closure. You will also monitor cargo quality, analyze causes, and propose improvement measures, identify recurring issues, drive process optimization, and establish exception-handling standards and SOPs to reduce repetitive exceptions. You will provide on-site support to field operators and supervise handling of major or urgent exceptions to ensure timely cargo flow.
