Procurement & ERP Analyst - IT Business Solutions

Job description

Supports procurement processes for technical solutions and IT services within the organization. Identifies user behavior and needs and proposes improvements to the e‑market user experience. Collaborates with UX/UI designers to enhance usability and navigation. Conducts user testing and gathers feedback to develop the platform. Manages onboarding of new vendors, their files, and product listings on the platform. Ensures compliance with vendor qualification standards, contracts, and policies. Monitors e‑market KPIs such as transaction volume, conversion rates, user engagement, and revenue. Prepares periodic reports and dashboards to present performance to stakeholders. Works with IT security teams to apply appropriate security controls and comply with Saudi data protection regulations. Coordinates allocation of IT resources-including hardware, software, networks, and teams-to meet requirements. Monitors IT infrastructure capacity and forecasts future needs. Manages inventory of solutions, licenses, and IT assets in coordination with procurement and finance teams
