Job description

Leads Health, Safety, and Environment initiatives at the employer Develops and implements HSE strategies and programs across all projects. Establishes policies and procedures in compliance with local and international regulations. Conducts regular audits to ensure compliance and identify improvement areas. Supports project teams to enhance HSE competence. Collaborates with stakeholders to promote HSE initiatives aligned with project goals. Designs training programs for staff and contractors on HSE matters. Prepares HSE performance reports for management and stakeholders. Stays updated on HSE legislation, technologies, and industry trends. Fosters a safety culture through effective communication and engagement

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, best practices, and risk management principles
• Excel
• Policies and procedures
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification or equivalent
• Proven experience leading safety programs and achieving regulatory compliance
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze complex data and make risk‑mitigating decisions
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in Arabic is a plus
• Minimum of 15 years experience in HSE management in construction or project management
