Enterprise Architecture Manager

Job description

You will lead the definition and direction of enterprise architecture strategy at Müller's Solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize technology, design innovative solutions, and ensure IT architecture aligns with business goals. You will define and implement the enterprise architecture framework and processes that support strategic objectives. You will work with IT and business leaders to understand requirements and develop architectural solutions that boost efficiency and innovation. You will update architectural documentation, including roadmaps, models, and design specifications. You will assess current systems and infrastructure, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend new technologies and practices. You will monitor industry trends and best practices to keep the enterprise at the forefront. You will provide guidance on application and system integration to ensure interoperability and shared operation

Requirements

• experience with cloud computing technologies and platforms, and understanding of data governance and management
• proficient in Excel
• effective communication
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• experience in enterprise architecture or a similar role
• ability to assess compliance and prepare required reports
• familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
• excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• ability to work independently and collaboratively
• strong verbal and written communication skills to explain complex concepts to non‑technical audiences
• preferred Master’s degree in a related discipline
• professional certifications related to enterprise architecture such as TOGAF
