Quality and Governance Specialist

Job description

the employer is seeking a Quality and Governance Specialist for the Riyadh region. Provide guidance to development personnel conducting investigations and root cause analysis using expertise in quality concepts and methodologies. Ensure service quality and compliance with standards. Develop and oversee clinical quality assurance initiatives and governance framework. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and collaborate across departments to promote best practices and retain accreditation. Offer knowledge and guidance to keep documentation and records compliant with regulations. Support the preparation and monitoring of accreditations such as JCI and CBAHI. Work closely with HR and Graduate Affairs on medical fit‑for‑relocation applications. Collaborate with the Occupational Health Specialist on occupational health matters. Participate in patient safety programs, safety walks, and safety culture surveys. Support quality KPI audit and validation. Monitor occurrence variance reports and advise on medical equipment. Perform any other duties assigned by the Quality and Governance Manager
