Electrical Engineer - Facilities Management

Job description

the employer is seeking an Electrical Engineer - Facilities Management for the Tabuk region. The Electrical Engineer supports the Senior MEP Engineer in maintaining and operating medium and low voltage power distribution systems within the Primary Nursery Facility at NEOM. Responsibilities include overseeing substations, switchgear, distribution boards, emergency generators, UPS, lighting, and power infrastructure. Monitor execution of preventive, reactive, and corrective maintenance by service providers, ensuring safety protocols, technical standards, and contractual KPIs are met. Assist in maintenance planning, spare parts consumption tracking, electrical testing and commissioning, and promote energy efficiency. Collaborate with Low Current and Mechanical teams to ensure safe and seamless MEP operations. Prepare and review technical documents and maintenance reports, troubleshoot faults, and conduct root cause analysis

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in electrical system design, operation, and maintenance with good knowledge of applicable codes and standards
• Basic knowledge of asset management systems and maintenance reporting
