Müller's Solutions, a leading tech consulting firm, is seeking a Knowledge Management Senior Specialist to strengthen its team. You will develop and manage knowledge management strategies to enhance information sharing and optimize knowledge use across the organization. You will lead initiatives to capture, organize, and disseminate knowledge, ensure employees have the right information when needed, and collaborate with various departments to identify gaps and implement solutions. Responsibilities include designing and implementing knowledge management strategies; fostering a knowledge‑sharing culture; developing and maintaining knowledge repositories; analyzing knowledge usage and effectiveness; collaborating with cross‑functional teams; providing training and support on KM tools; staying updated on industry trends and technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• proven experience in knowledge management or a related role
• strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on process improvement
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• familiarity with knowledge management tools and software
• ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
• experience in the tech industry or consulting is preferred
• knowledge of knowledge management frameworks and methodologies is a plus
