Global Operations Manager

Job description

The role drives international expansion by conducting market feasibility studies and launching full operations. Responsibilities include comprehensive market research, preparing business cases, and presenting recommendations to leadership. Leads license and permit applications with local regulators to ensure full compliance. Oversees entity formation, bank account openings, and hiring in new markets in coordination with Legal, Finance, Operations, and HR. Manages localization projects to adapt the app/website, payment methods, and customer care to each country. Monitors expansion milestones, budgets, and risks, reporting weekly to leadership. Ensures post‑launch integration of new entities into global governance and compliance frameworks
