Job description

The role oversees compliance, audit, and learning and development functions aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory standards across all operations. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify improvement areas and ensure compliance. Manage risk assessments and compliance monitoring to proactively mitigate issues and ensure accountability. Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth. Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives and compliance requirements. Prepare reports and presentations on compliance and audit findings for executive leadership and stakeholders. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement through mentoring and coaching staff on compliance matters. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively adjust practices and ensure compliance effectiveness
