Reporting to the MENAT Director, the Country Manager leads the employer's expansion in Saudi Arabia. Defines and implements the country strategy, builds key partnerships, ensures operational excellence, and manages a top‑tier team. Responsibilities: shape and execute Saudi strategy with senior leadership; build and manage operational infrastructure to support growth and optimize payment processes; identify, cultivate, and negotiate strategic relationships with SAMA, banks, and payment processors; collaborate with expansion, product, technology, and legal teams for seamless integration; analyze data and market insights to improve performance; ensure compliance with local laws and regulations; represent the brand through professional networks and industry events.

Requirements

• Based in Riyadh
• fluency in English and Arabic
• proven expertise in Saudi payments or financial services sector
• deep understanding of Saudi market dynamics, regulatory landscape, and extensive network in the payment ecosystem
• strategic vision for operations and business development
• leadership experience managing cross‑functional projects and high‑performance teams
• excellent negotiation skills
• exceptional communication and relationship management
• adaptability to fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and global teams
• data‑driven mindset to translate data into actionable strategies
