The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and expertise in a wide range of occupational therapy techniques and interventions. Key Responsibilities: • Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals. • Monitor and regularly reassess clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and integrated care. • Provide supervision, guidance, and mentorship to junior occupational therapists and support staff. • Stay updated with current research and advancements in the field of occupational therapy. • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of client sessions, progress, and outcomes. • Adhere to professional and ethical standards in all aspects of practice. • Expertise in assessing and treating a variety of occupational challenges and disorders. • Commitment to ongoing professional development. • Language English and Arabic

Requirements

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of individuals' occupational skills and abilities.
• Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to address clients' needs and facilitate skill development.
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Valid license or certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to provide supervision and mentorship to junior therapists.
