Tenant Relations Manager

Job description

The Tenant Relations Manager is responsible for building, coordinating, and maintaining a high-performing mix of food and beverage operators at Seven Al Hamra Food Hall. The role ensures each tenant is successfully onboarded, operationally integrated, commercially supported, and strategically aligned with the Food Hall brand, financial goals, and guest promises. Reporting to the Food Hall TGP Manager and working closely with the Food Hall General Manager, this role connects commercial tenancy, tenant performance, and on-site execution to ensure the right brands are present, performing well, and delivering an exceptional guest experience

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in hospitality, food halls, retail leasing, food and beverage operations, or tenant management
• Experience managing multi-brand or multi-operator environments
• Strong commercial and analytical background
• Sales management
• Compliance
• Guest experience
