About the employer and the Project: the employer is engaged in a major infrastructure program for a mixed-use development in Riyadh, aiming to create a global landmark and a self-sustaining community. KBR provides PMO services, enterprise-level governance, assurance, integration, and performance oversight. Role: The PMO Digital Lead reports to the Project Controls Director and drives digital transformation within the PMO, focusing on governance and data‑driven delivery. Responsibilities: develop and implement a digital PMO framework aligned with a defined digital strategy; lead digital transformation initiatives across project controls, commercial, reporting, and governance functions; develop, enhance, and maintain digital platforms including dashboards, BIM integration, and data analytics tools; create efficiencies through data‑driven analysis for predictive decisions on quality, schedule, cost, and safety; implement and manage comprehensive digital integration frameworks ensuring continuous data flow; develop tools for rapid data acquisition for digital reporting of design and construction progress; enable unified project controls via an integrated platform covering planning, scheduling, cost management, risk management, change control, and document control; apply advanced analytics for trend analysis, forecasting, risk prediction, mitigation planning, and AI‑based performance optimization; lead implementation of Common Data Environments (CDE), AI‑enabled insights, and innovative digital solutions; mentor PMO and project controls teams in digital tools and methodologies; build digital capability across projects; conduct training on digital tools, dashboards, and workflows; promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in digital transformation
• proficiency with data analytics tools
• knowledge of BIM integration
• proficiency with Common Data Environments (CDE) and AI
