These multi-roles cover multiple functions in the sector, including plant operations, engineering and design, maintenance and reliability, occupational safety and health, quality and laboratories, supply chain, and commercial and technical services. These roles are designed for mid- to senior-level professionals and offer a clear path toward senior-level leadership positions such as Director of Operations/Production, Director of Engineering, Reliability Leader, Operations Safety/Safety Manager, and broader on-site leadership roles. Key duties include leading plant operations safely and efficiently, supporting or leading capital projects, maintaining solid technical documentation, enhancing asset reliability, and ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health standards in high-risk environments
