Job description

the employer is seeking Mid‑Senior Mining Professionals for positions in Asir. Responsibilities include leading or supporting safe and efficient mining and processing operations in surface or underground environments. Strengthen HSE performance through risk assessments, safe work systems, and incident prevention. Drive operational performance via production planning, KPI management, and cost control. Provide technical input for mine planning, scheduling, drill‑and‑blast performance, geotechnical control, and ventilation. Optimize processing plant throughput, recovery, and product quality through troubleshooting and improvement projects. Oversee maintenance and reliability strategies for mobile and fixed assets, including shutdown planning. Manage contractors to ensure safe execution, quality delivery, and adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Support project execution and operational readiness, including commissioning and change management. Build team capability through coaching, competency development, and performance management. Prepare clear reports for operational leadership and stakeholder decision‑making
