GENERAL ACCOUNTING SENIOR ANALYST

Job description

The role involves deploying departmental objectives and corrective actions set by the Accounting Manager and aligning direct reports to achieve targets. Generate Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance and Cash Flow reports monthly and submit them to the Accounting Manager for analysis and monthly closing preparation. Issue a full Trial Balance Reconciliation Report monthly and submit it to the Accounting Manager for oversight. Review and pre‑approve all transfer payments prepared by direct reports to ensure appropriateness. Review and pre‑approve daily cash transactions prepared by the cashier to ensure adequacy. Communicate employee deductions and earnings with the payroll unit referencing personal account files for payroll preparation. Prepare a monthly Expenses Analysis Report showing variances between actual, budgeted and previous year figures and forward it to the Accounting Manager for distribution. Assist the Accounting Manager in yearly budget and strategic plan preparation. Prepare and reconcile prepaid accounts (insurance, rental, maintenance, etc.) in the ERP. Prepare the VAT report in coordination with the Accounting Manager and send it to the Central Tax Department. Prepare the withholding tax report and send it to the Accounting Manager for review and approval.
