Project Management Specialist

Job description

The role involves leading and managing projects from initiation to completion. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies. Ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders. Managing client expectations and maintaining strong customer relationships. Providing leadership, guidance, and support to project team members. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Conducting project reviews and lessons learned sessions for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• proven experience in project management or related role
• strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• excellent organizational and time management skills
• ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• experience in the tech industry or tech consulting is preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
