Job description

The role of a ServiceNow Developer involves developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and modules to support IT service management processes. Responsibilities include developing ServiceNow applications based on business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, implementing and managing ServiceNow integrations with third-party platforms and data sources. Additionally, the developer will conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure efficient system operation, document development processes, application designs, and technical specifications, provide technical support and training to users when necessary, and stay updated with new ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve implementations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML for ServiceNow development
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• ServiceNow Developer Certification or related certifications
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
