Business Process Analyst

Job description

You will play a pivotal role in analyzing and optimizing business processes using I server. This includes gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders and various teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to drive successful project outcomes. This includes conducting detailed analysis of existing business processes, collaborating with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, and utilizing I server to model and analyze business processes

Requirements

• Excel
• SAP
• Six Sigma
• proficiency in using I server for process modeling and analysis
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• experience in the tech industry or tech consulting is preferred
