Job description

Oversee the management and optimization of Helix environments at Müller’s Solutions to ensure seamless operation of development and production systems. Responsibilities include administering Helix Core servers, managing users, repositories, and permissions, implementing and optimizing workflows for branching, merging, and release management, monitoring system performance and conducting health checks for high availability, collaborating with development teams on version control best practices and CI/CD processes, troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support, performing regular backups and disaster recovery planning, documenting processes, configurations, and changes per company policies, staying updated on Helix platform advancements and recommending enhancements

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the Helix Core platform and its administrative functions
• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes, integrating Helix with development pipelines
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell to automate administrative tasks
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and development lifecycles
• Familiarity with other version control systems like Git and SVN
• Effective communication skills and ability to train others on best practices
• Relevant Helix certifications or training is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• 3-5 years experience as a Helix administrator or in a similar version control role
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non‑technical staff.
