Procurement Manager (RU)

Job description

Leads and manages procurement operations across residential project portfolio. Develops procurement strategies aligned with residential project goals. Oversees procurement planning, sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management. Collaborates with project teams and other departments to forecast needs and ensure timely delivery. Drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and maximize value. Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies, including sustainability and local content requirements. Leads and mentors the procurement team to achieve operational excellence. Monitors market trends, supplier performance, and industry innovations for new opportunities. Prepares and presents procurement reports and metrics to senior management and stakeholders. Promotes ethical sourcing and corporate social responsibility

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related fields
• Master’s degree preferred
• minimum 10+ years progressive procurement experience, preferably in large‑scale residential construction or real estate projects
• strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex supplier contracts
• proficient with procurement software and data analytics tools
• knowledge of local content regulations and sustainability initiatives a plus
• fluent in English
• Arabic language skills an advantage
