The company helps clients attract and retain top talent and delivers AI‑powered recruiting, HR consulting, and end‑to‑end HCM systems. Responsibilities: work closely with product owners and team members to deliver projects, new features and L2 incident management; mentor junior team members to improve coding efficiency; estimate task effort per product line; support collaborative workflows (source control, branches, PRs) and continuous deployment; attend daily stand‑ups; conduct peer code reviews; participate in retrospectives for continuous integration, deployment and process improvement.

Requirements

• background studies in Computer Science or similar
• at least 4 years of hands‑on experience in PHP and Laravel frameworks or similar web stack
• strong hands‑on experience in model‑view‑controller architectures
• strong hands‑on experience in SOLID and software engineering best practices
• hands‑on experience writing efficient unit tests with PHPUnit
• experience using MySQL
• experience with REDIS cache system and optimizing cache usage
• experience building REST APIs
• proficient in Linux command‑line
• knowledge of Solution Architecture and building cost‑effective, efficient systems/platforms/services
• high understanding of monolithic modular platforms
• knowledge of or experience in e‑commerce or digital retail is a plus
• experience with JIRA and Notion is a plus
• knowledge of or work in an Agile environment with SCRUM or Kanban practices is a plus
