Risk & Governance Specialist

Job description

Responsible for analyzing and managing risks associated with infrastructure projects to ensure effective mitigation strategies. Prepare and present risk analysis reports to senior management. Duties include conducting detailed risk assessments; developing risk management strategies and action plans; integrating risk practices into project workflows; maintaining comprehensive risk registers with regular updates; facilitating workshops and training to raise risk awareness; and monitoring scope changes and external factors that may introduce new risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years experience in risk management, preferably in construction or infrastructure sectors
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and risk management tools
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data
• Effective communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in risk management software and project management tools
• Relevant certifications in risk management (e.g., PMI‑RMP, CRM) are an advantage
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
