Role: Deliver transactions from pre‑qualification to financial close; lead a team to conduct rigorous financial and market analysis and provide recommendations for decision‑making.

Requirements

• 10-12 years experience in business development in the PPP sector, investment banking, private equity or corporate banking
• experience working in KSA or the Middle East desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent
• Master’s degree preferred
• certifications in investment management (e.g., CFA)
• training in Corporate Governance and Board Leadership desirable
