Workforce Management Senior Manager

We are seeking a Workforce Management Senior Manager at HungerStation, part of the Delivery Hero Group, the world’s pioneering local delivery platform. The purpose of this role is to plan and allocate and utilize workforce resources effectively, in order to ensure optimal staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation that align with operational needs and enhancing efficiency and productivity, and the overall performance of the workforce. Responsibilities include workforce management, strategy and planning, people management, budget management, and governance and resilience.

Requirements

• Knowledge and Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is required
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Proficient in workforce management
• Proficient in data analysis and resource planning
• Good knowledge of workforce management systems
• Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills
• Experience in human resource management
• Proficient in budget management and financial reporting.
