Ad-hoc Logistics Specialist (Junior)

Job description

Junior Logistics Assistant based in Riyadh supporting local hardware dispatch operations. Receives hardware shipment requests from the client team, fills required forms in their system, and orders equipment from the warehouse in Dubai or later Riyadh. Prepares shipments by printing labels, purchasing packaging materials, and assembling packages. Tracks deliveries to ensure timelines are met. Confirms successful receipt by local partners, ensuring packages arrive on time and undamaged. Communicates with the client’s logistics lead for any questions or issues.

Requirements

• Based in Riyadh and legally allowed to work
• organized and detail‑oriented with a sense of responsibility
• able to follow instructions and complete tasks independently with minimal supervision
• basic tech skills using online systems, printing labels, and filling out forms
• good communication skills
• prior logistics or shipping experience is a plus but not required
