Job description

Responsible for redefining sustainability and innovation for the future and creating lasting impact. Works within Botanica, part of the employer Global, to deliver sustainable greenery at the employer Global destinations by integrating new species with local flora. Contributes to sustainability goals across areas exceeding one million square meters. Since 2020, over 5 million plants have been planted with a target of 30 million by 2030. Manages a team of passionate professionals, 40% of whom are local, ensuring environmental balance.

Requirements

• · Ability to manage a team of landscape maintenance professionals
• · Familiarity with the principles of sustainability and innovation in the field of agriculture and flora
• · Experience in dealing with green spaces exceeding one million square metres. · Knowledge of integrating new plant species with the local flora
• · The ability to achieve quantitative agricultural goals (millions of plants) within specific timetables
• · Commitment to achieving environmental balance and employing a proportion of the local workforce
