Senior Landscape Coordination Manager

Job description

Strategic role providing leadership and operational oversight of landscape maintenance to ensure high-quality, sustainable, and efficient services across assigned projects and destinations. Responsible for operational planning, resource and budget optimization, landscape quality, plant health, irrigation performance, HSE compliance, client satisfaction, and contractor management, while guiding Managers and Supervisors to meet business objectives and service standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Agriculture, Horticulture, Landscape Management, Plant Production or related field
• 12-15 years progressive experience in landscape maintenance or horticultural operations
• at least 5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role
• proficient knowledge of horticulture, softscape maintenance, irrigation, plant health, operational planning, manpower management, budgeting, contract and vendor management, HSE, quality management, and client relationship management
• proficient strategic and operational leadership
• proficient people management and coaching
• proficient commercial and financial awareness
