In Room Dining Supervisor

Job description

The position requires someone to ensure staff work together as a team to provide optimum service and meet guest needs. This includes inspecting staff grooming and attire, and assisting with training and guidance. Daily tasks such as cleaning areas and organizing storage are also required. Additionally, the supervisor must monitor dining rooms to ensure guest safety and satisfaction. They must also assist with employee management and provide support to them. The supervisor must be able to communicate effectively with others and develop positive relationships with them. The position also requires adherence to quality and safety standards and providing new ideas to improve work efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• At least 2 years of related work experience
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• No license or certification required
