Project Controls Specialist

Job description

Key role in supporting project delivery by monitoring cost, schedule, and performance metrics to ensure timely and on‑budget completion. Manage schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project; track expenditures, commitments and forecasts and analyze variances; prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports; assist in risk identification and evaluate change order impacts; collaborate with project managers, engineers and site teams to collect data and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

• Saudi National
• minimum 5 years experience in project controls, planning, scheduling or cost estimation in construction or engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance or related field
• proficient in Primavera P6 or MS Project
• advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• strong verbal and written communication in English and Arabic
