Director of Food and Beverage & Culinary

Job description

Provides strategic leadership across all food and beverage and culinary operations including restaurants, bars, banqueting and in‑room dining. Develops and executes a comprehensive strategy balancing innovation, guest satisfaction, operational excellence and commercial performance. Oversees service standards, talent recruitment, concept launches and establishes foundations for long‑term success. Works closely with the General Manager, ownership representatives and hotel leadership to align vision with Ritz‑Carlton brand standards.

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience within luxury hotels, resorts or internationally recognised food and beverage destinations
• sophisticated understanding of luxury dining trends and guest expectations
• demonstrated success leading complex food and beverage operations with multiple outlets and large‑scale events
• strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, profitability and concept development
• inspirational leadership style that attracts, develops and retains top talent
• hands‑on approach combined with strategic vision and ability to influence stakeholders
• previous pre‑opening experience in a luxury hospitality environment valued
