Director of Human Resources at The Ritz-Carlton Diriyah, Riyadh – a landmark opportunity in one of the Kingdom’s most anticipated luxury destinations. The director will develop and execute a people strategy aligned with property and brand goals. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession management, associate engagement, performance development, compensation strategy, and organizational effectiveness. Serves as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to the leadership team and sits on the Executive Committee.

Requirements

• Collaborative and influential leadership style with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Experience leading Human Resources within a luxury hotel, resort, or complex hospitality environment
• Proficiency in talent acquisition, employee relations, succession planning, compensation, and organisational development
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate business priorities into people strategies that deliver measurable results
• Genuine commitment to associate development, engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion
• Experience leading change, developing future leaders, and building sustainable talent pipelines
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with relevant professional experience in HR or hospitality operations
